- when stopping with foot,
keep foot loose and stop with inside.
- first control ball, then
pass back
- throw the ball soft so
receiving won't hurt the player.

- Go to an open place to
receive the ball. Not to far, not to close from the player with
the ball.

around and control ball going backwards till next cone. Go
