Volleyball
skills: Set pass
- throw ball softly up and pass
the ball using upper hand technique. The other student catches
and does the same.
- If possible and when the
ball comes in the right position, pass back without catching
Volleyball
game: “How many passes?”
- How many passes can the
students make in their couples. Start counting again when the
ball hit the ground or when a student hits it twice in a row.

Materials:
12 volleyballs, 12 small
cones, 2 volleyball nets.
Warming up:
- students run in 4 lanes, go
back on the outside of the court.
Skills:
- Students work in couples
passing the ball over the net.
Game:
- Same couples as in the
practice

Skills:
- Fingers are pointing up
- Thumbs and index fingers
make a triangle/ diamond
- Fingers are slightly bend
- Push ball up with the
fingertips
- Hit ball in front, and above
the eyes
Game:
- Try to use the technique
just practiced during the skills
- Give high passes so it is
easier for the other person to receive and pass the ball

Skills: Passes, Set pass and bump pass technique
- Passes with the upper hand
technique. When the ball comes well, pass back without catching
- Lower hand passing
technique, students 1 throws 5 balls to student 2 who passes
back. Change after 5 throws.
- Combining upper and lower
hand technique making passes. Depending on the position of the
ball students choose which technique they use to pass
Volleyball
game: “How many passes?”
- How many passes can the
students make in their couples. Start counting again when the
ball hit the ground or when a student hits it twice in a row.

Materials:
12 volleyballs, 12 small
cones, 2 volleyball nets.
Skills:
- Students start working in
couples passing the ball over the net.
- When practicing the lower
hand technique, both students are on the same side of the net
within a distance of 3 meters.
Game:
- same couples as in the
practice

hand technique
- position of hands
- let ball bounce on the
wrists.
- Only move arms a little to
give direction to the ball
Game:
- Try to use the technique
just practiced during the skills
- Give high passes so it is
easier for the next person to pass the ball

Skills:
- Passing Set and bump pass, how many passes can you make in your couple?
- Lower hand service short
distance in between students. Student 1 serves the ball five
times and student 2 catches and throws, or passes it back.

- Students are allowed to catch the ball when receiving service or pass

Service:
- Make swing for service in a
forward direction
- Hit ball on the hand just
under the wrist
- Serve the ball in the hands
of the other students. Feel how hard or soft you have to hit the
ball.
- The service has to be high
enough to go over the net.

receiver makes a lower hand pass and passes to another student
or back over the net.
